Шокировало footage/bedroom/washroom ratio.
В Монреале более типична пропорция ~1200 sq.ft/3 bdr/1 or 1+1/2 bths.

У меня именно такая пропорция: 1100 sq.ft/3 bdr/ 1+1/2 bths ну а здесь в два раза больще площадь, в два раза больше туалетов...

Справнивая с моим табором :) - везде живёт в два раза меньше людей :) Только не пойму зачем нужны такие большие дома... Мы в своём-то не можем друг друга найти... хотя кабинета у меня нет :) и видеозала нет:) и тренажёрного зала тоже :)))
